By using PATMate, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
PATMate is a software decision aid for recording a small set of readings and comparing them with thresholds configured in the current build. It does not certify electrical safety, create a legally valid certificate, determine legal compliance, replace a competent tester, replace instrument checks or visual inspection, or replace the current rules and guidance that apply to your work.
Do not represent a PATMate result as a certificate or as proof that an appliance is safe. You are responsible for the inspection method, instrument condition, readings, records, customer communications, and any professional or regulatory obligations that apply to your work.
The current build does not provide remote storage, a certificate generator, or a register generator. Keep your own records and verify every result before relying on it. You decide whether to share a result and are responsible for the information you enter and for the recipient or service you choose.
The app is provided on an as-is basis. We may change or discontinue features. No account or remote history is provided by the current build.
Current product notes and troubleshooting are on the support page. The store listing will carry the supported contact route when the app is released.
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the agreement between you and the service provider, without changing any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
