Cubby is a personal baby-tracking and logging tool. It is provided to help you record and organize your baby's day and is offered on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Cubby is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice; always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
The entries you add are yours and are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups — you can export a CSV, a PDF report or a full backup file at any time. Because your log lives on your device, deleting the App removes it unless you have exported it or it is held in a device backup. If you ever turn on the optional caregiver sharing, a copy also lives in your own iCloud and is readable by the people you invite; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that involves.
Cubby Plus is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. It is not a subscription: it does not renew, and there is nothing to cancel. An optional tip is also available. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms, and can be restored on the same Apple Account.
You agree not to misuse the App or use it to violate any law. The App is for personal, non-commercial use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cubby and its developer are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
